This building will allow me to have Paint Party classes again, also rooms for open studio Pottery as well

As regular pottery classes in wheel and handbuilding and weekend workshops, rented out event spaces for baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, paint your own pottery parties. Etc. etc..

Due to the cost of insurance on homeowners mortgages, insurances, renters have had to go up on prices unfortunately which I totally understand.

So therefore, I cannot contain my current storefront, residence and a studio when I have to move from my current residence.

I have found a building that encompasses all of that!

There are some updates to the building needed, to accommodate all the types of classes I will be able to offer.
